Great spacious room with a lot of storage space, warm and clean, great beds, nice balcony and the views are beautiful. Bathroom is nice and quite big compared to many other similar hotels. SPA is excellent. Breakfast and dinner were great. Clean, cosy and quiet hotel to stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free parking available both in front of hotel and next to the slopes.
Breakfast could start earlier than 8h00 as everyone wants to get to ski slopes as soon as possible so it gets very crowded if you go to breakfast at 8h00 and food can be scarce. Pool could be warmer for a more enjoyable experience. Wish that SPA and pool area were open a bit longer than 20h00 . In my opinion, for a hotel that has wellness and spa in the hotel name, I'm disappointed that sauna is paid extra, as well as bathrobes and additional towels for the pool all are paid extra.

Spa area is a bit long way to walk and we have to request towels extra for spa because there was not any provided.

Swimming pool and location
Sadly, this hotel fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness, food, and service were all disappointing and not at the level of a 4-star property. We booked based on the numerous positive reviews, but our experience was completely different. Perhaps we were unlucky, but overall this was a below-average stay that did not offer good value and did not meet the standards advertised.
