Location is great. Free parking on site is appreciated. Dinner is quite good. Pool area and swimming experience is relaxing and pleasant. Ambient, both internal and around the complex is great. Presence of lifeguards at the pool area was reassuring.
I experienced frustrating mismanagement regarding billing and invoicing. The reception team had a payment issue through their own confusion in relation to BookingCom, for which I was called down to reception from my room. This was then sorted by management on their own. Later, I had to provide already repeated proof of my clear request for a company invoice, which was communicated and confirmed by staff in writing way before my stay, but apparently didn’t reach the responsible individual, causing my stay being logged as a private stay. The lack of internal communication and the expectation that guests bear the burden of staff errors impacted my workflow at the day of arrival, forced me into unnecessary communication with my accounting, and therefore impacted my overall experience. Thankfully, it was resolved successfully before my stay was concluded.

The cleanliness was 5/5. The staff really cared about the property. Carpets, furniture, dining hall, elevators, pool area in great condition.
The food was great! Fresh, replenished regularly during dining hours. I have a food allergy needing an epi pen and I did not need to worry about any contamination.
The smoking. The first room I was assigned absolutely smelled of fresh cigarette smoke. I promptly returned to be reassigned to another room. The front desk gave me a little attitude about it but I was given another room and the issue solved.
Smoking / vaping shouldn’t be allowed on pool chairs or room balconies. Designated areas outside those places would really signify a wellness spa.

Varied and plentiful breakfast. Location is excellent. Absolutely dog friendly.
The dinner was varied, but the food was tasteless. The soups were boring and empty. Not all pools and slides in the spa were working, and the use of the sauna was not included in the room price. The double bed was narrow, the mattress was soft. You have to pay for underground parking.
