Das Frühstücksbuffet mit individuellem Kaffeewunsch und das Abendbuffet mit großer leckerer Auswahl für den Vorspeisenteller...
Die Schlammanwendungen und die Massagen waren super. Überhaupt wurde die ganze Abteilung durch Ilaria hervorragend geleitet.
Mein Zimmer, mit kleinem Balkon/terasse abgeschirmt durch Bäume und Büsche vor den Blicken vorbeigehender und die zentrale Lage des Zimmers mit kurzen Wegen zu Speisesaal, Terrasse, Schwimmbad......
Die Ankunft, die Hektik an der Rezeption, auf Fragen keine Antworten.
Die ungeheure Lautstärke in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Vor allem im Speisesaal, der man dann ja über die kompletten Mahlzeiten ausgesetzt war. .. Schade!!!

Wir haben das beste Zimmer bekommen. Dank Booking com. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Und bekamen ein tolles Zimmer mit Jacuzze. Super Meerblick und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und nett. Die Anlage war sehr sauber.
Die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück und Abendessen war laut. Die Tische waren sehr eng gestellt. Man hatte keine Privatsphäre. Das Frühstück etwas einseitig, ohne frische Früchte . Das Brot und Brötchenangebot etwas dürftig.

Pokoj s balkónem a krásným výhledem, termální bazény, rozlehlá a udržovaná zahrada, velmi chutné a rozmanité snídaně a večeře, milý personál. V blízkosti hotelu je stanice autobusu.

Fantastic location, views. Cleaning of the room was great. Food is honest and tasty. loads of vegetables and seafood - all cooked nicely. We are fussy with food and we found it more than acceptable.
Reception staff is disgustingly rude especially the young guy who was checking us in on Saturday 30.06. All of them have no understanding of customer service - you are treated like you owe them for staying in the resort. Room was very small and uncomfortable. We booked a room with sea view and it didn’t look at all like on the pictures here on Booking.com. It was dark and tiny - could hardly walk around the bed. Air con only works on fan mode and doesn’t cool the room so you either suffer with the noise and blow of air in your face at night or sweat to death. Cannot open the windows as mosquitoes will eat you alive. I booked long time ago but when arrived was told that only ground floor room was available. It was a complete dread returning to the room in the afternoon as there were always other guests sitting on the lounges right in front of my balcony smoking or loudly talking on the phone. zero privacy!
