The room was spacious, well presented with a great bathroom. Bed was large and very comfortable and the aircon did exactly what we needed it to do. A lovely touch was the provision of beach towels in a bag so we could head off without worrying. The (multiple) pools were clean, large and with plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast was very good, in an amazing setting overlooking the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing of note.

So I sat there looking for a place on the right beach, turns out this place is so huge it runs the whole length tk both beaches 😂. Resort is great, huge, nice pools, breakfast is good! We didn't eat any other meals there, it has its own Amazon there which is sick. Location couldn't be better.
The room itself only beef is the lighting is probably the worst we have had, also for some reason the TV is off centre to the bed, we ended up moving the couch, it rained 90% of the time we were in railay so the TV actually got some use.
Super comfy bed, shower was average, room has all the things, we even woke up with monkeys sleeping on our balcony lol.
Poor lighting, average shower, small TV in a weird spot.

Location and convenience to all amenities.
Exceptional service levels and professional yet friendly staff. Reception manager went way and above great service when we had a medical emergency👌

Rooms were very nice, clean, quiet and a refuge from an extremely busy island
The hotel didn’t sell alcohol. We don’t drink very much but it’s nice to have a cocktail as the sun goes down.
