Really recommended hotel. Beautiful view and garden. Cozy rooms with jungle feeling. Very kind and helpful staff.
We ask for port transfer in message but they did not tell us, there is an option for it. When we arrived they question, why don't ask for transfer... 😅
Ones more we ask for shuttle from the beach on WhatsApp, and they said OK, but did not come. But I write this only for help develop!

Great location with a pool overlooking the beautiful scenery, a large and comfortable room, and an amazing breakfast with plenty of variety each morning. The staff were always friendly and welcoming.
The shuttle service was appreciated, but the hourly trips into town were difficult to plan around, especially as the tuk-tuk only accommodates four people. A more flexible or frequent service would make getting around much easier.
