Even though me and my friend weren't related to the Univerity, we found a great accommodation during August when the facilities are mostly empty from students (also meaning: a lot of free parking). Very handy being so close to a metro station to reach directly the city's center.

Excellent and varied
Nothing really. Perhaps the standard of English could have been a little sharper. Especially initially at reception, when trying to check in.

Spacious room, friendly and attentive staff, very close to the University (where I presented in a conference) and not far from the Renfe station.
Breakfast is OK, but very small and limited. The location is remote, with almost no options for food and groceries, and it is almost impossible to cook (equipped with utensils, but no soap for dishwashing, salt, pepper, or oil) . It might be preferable to rent a car, stay in another place and come to the University by car - parking is not a problem.
