Great location right near beach and pier and with good shops and cafe nearby. Comfortable bed and great shower. Fruit, crisps and water in the room is a nice touch. Kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer. Welcoming host. Would stay again.

Location, cleanliness, landlady, helpfulness, lovely little extras.
Helped brilliantly with parking, nothing too much trouble.
Limited en suite facilities, meant I shared a shower room with another room, but it made absolutely no odds. Our use never clashed.

We loved the location across from the beach, with a great view over the rooftops. The landlady was lovely and greeted us with a few bottles of ice cold water on a very hot day. Perfect location for Madrophenia on the beach concert
We had a small room but it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit awkward wouldn't be good for anyone on the larger side

Location is very good and bed was clean and nice to sleep on, nice cafe and bars near by and only 2 minuets walk to the beach.
The shower needs to be replaced as it old and worn out, the price is a little high for what you get.
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL but a room for rent - no bar or garden
