The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms well presented and clean. Excellent choice of breakfast menu, served well presented and some different options to chose from.
The only downside to this property is the parking as it does not have its own spaces and parking in Brighton is not easy due to all the new road changes taking place. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with a public garden. Just a short walk to the beach and town amenities.

Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is just a short walk to the seafront. We had a wonderful weekend stay and would stay again.

Wonderful small hotel in Kemptown. Beautifully presented. Spacious room with side sea view. Separate bath as well shower. Good selection at breakfast. Cocktails in fridge along with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very short walk to beach, a bit further into the centre of Brighton. Highly recommend

If you can get a parking space on the square, it seems to be the best value around. Breakfast was really good and the staff were great. The location really worked for us and we very much enjoyed our weekend.
