It was clean and cosy, perfect location for our stay, check in was easy once we understood how unmanned hotels work
Cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful
I left something behind in our room, customer service could not have been more helpful.
Delightful cafe at top of Charlotte street that served lovely breakfast - and other meals
Would definitely stay again. Thank you
Perhaps a few more milk sachets and tea bags
Scaffolding outside the room, perhaps could have informed us prior to visit

Property was very modern, clean had everything we needed to make a lovely comfortable stay

Well located 2 minutes to seafront, 15 minutes to central Brighton on foot.
Shops and breakfast places super close by. Building and room was clean, beds really comfortable. Clothes steamer and board was a nice touch. Soap/ shower gel provided. Very comfortable stay, perfect as a base.
Can't really fault it. It was better than expected for a budget hotel, would stay here again.

Check in without a person on site is a bit scary for a solo female traveler. Maybe you could make that clearer
