Lovely comfy bed

Location was great as it is right near beach and short walk to centre. Loved having a fridge in room and the bathroom is a wet room. Tea, coffee, water and hot chocolate is a nice touch. The parking permit was worth the money and we got parked right outside.

Lovely room, beautifully laid out. Great location, the free sweets in the hallway was an added bonus. Overall a perfect place for a perfect weekend! The room and hotel were well thought out, and clean - the shower was excellent as was the roll top bath. The coded entry meant it did not matter about traffic or our time of arrival and we could leave at a decent time too (not stupidly early) - so it was all very stress free.
Only issue is parking - same for all of Brighton - I booked a JustPark space 15 mins walk away so no problems.

Great location and the room was clean
Lack of maintenance
- insecure loose door lock
- damaged fire/smoke door seal
- broken window handle
- bulb in bathroom not working
- curtains hanging off rail
- poorly designed shower screen causing flooding of floor.
