Great location for seafront and local restaurants and bars.
On street parking close by.
Easy access using codes instead of keys or cards.
Good facilities in the rooms. Ours had a small coffee pod machine.
Very clean and comfortable.
Very narrow staircases so could be difficult for the less able.

Location excellent.
Our window wasn't sound proof. People above and below noisy to early hour's. Found it difficult to sleep. Floor boards excessive creaking. Excellent value. We

Amazing location, friendly staff, easy to find and access property. Clear communication throughout stay. Comfortable bed and great add ons like hair dryer, iron and kettle. Although room was smaller than we expected, we were glad to see there was under bed storage, hangers/wardrobe as well as lots of hooks. Good size room for 2 people and plenty of light and storage which was helpful! Overall very happy with the stay! Thank you
The blanket definitely hadn’t been washed as we found multiple hairs all over the bed that wasn’t our own. The shower was at a difficult height and was hard to use due to angle of shower head. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Other than dirty blanket and drawers under the bed dirty and dusty, the rest of the room was clean.

Location was good, in Kemptown. We were on the ground floor in the 'patio room', so had a nice bit of semi outdoor space. Price was excellent for this time of year. The bathroom shower was very good. Good TV with lots of channels.
The patio area could have done with a few more plants just to make it a bit more wow. Unfortunately we could not have the door open at night because there were people talking really loudly until the early hours of the morning on the other side of the patio wall. But that's not really the fault of the hotel. Room had some decorative issues and the mattress has probably seen better days. Booking.com advertised the room as having a fridge, there was none, but when I checked on the actual website of the hotel they do not mention it, so Booking.com needs to look at that.
