We had a nice corner room overlooking a busy street. The room was nice, clean, but the interiors perhaps slightly dated - certainly not an issue if you aren't looking for modern. The room was quiet all of the night. The hotel was near plenty of good cafes, bars, and shopping and is along the beach, near the pier. It was walkable from the train station, but a long walk. Overall, we were very happy.
It was a great hotel, not much to find wrong with it. It was a long walk from the train station and a little removed from some of the busier parts of the city. The room interiors were a little dated but still in good condition and clean

The location of the hotel, the room.was great. Who doesn't like a cheeky little free upgrade! We didn't use the spa facilities as we forgot to take something more suitable to wear on our feet. Option of slippers would of been nice (even at a reasonable cost) we had an evening meal in the hotel. My husband was given the wrong meal but he choose to accept it and they did discount this. Breakfast was a good selection also. Staff were very friendly.

The location was central and very close to the sea. All staff members I interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful
My room was very tired looking and smelt old, and unsanitised, I had a sea view room but the windows were dirty, the decor was uninviting, boring and stained.
