Staff were friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean, the pool & gym were great. The hotel’s location was perfect.

Breakfast bar well stocked and lots of choice ,
Nice coffee machine .
A 2 hour window for breakfast so you can make the most of your time slot.
Gym , sauna ,pool great if you like training like i did ,
Lift access is great no long walks up stairs, in the hotel .
Nice lobby area to sit in and relax during the day or night.
On site restaurant for evening meals or drinks if required .
Close to seafront pier , and town centre / station only 10>15 mins walk away ,
Good places to eat dinner in the evening.
Lots of hospitality around to keep one entertained .

Some of the room furnishing seemed a wee bit outdated ,

Location was great next to most amenities and attractions we had booked , a lovely cafe was 10-15 minutes walk away , the town shops was close by and a good fish & chip shop was 15 minutes away . We enjoyed our break away staying at the queens hotel , very clean in Excellent condition , our rooms was so nice and the bathroom . very spacious too . A lovely room. very quiet hotel ,
The train station was quite a distance so we had to take the uber there .
The pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep.on and only one window opened out of the two windows , at the bottom. , we was in a heatwave August , the room was so hot had to get a fan out of the cupboard .
Abit noisy outside late evening , early hours , with people coming home from being out .

Location was great for lane shopping and visiting the brighton centre.
Very tired decor and furniture. Extremely noisy location. Night club music most of the night. Breakfast staff were unable to help much due to how busy it was. Service for food and drink very slow.
