Ils devraient précisé qu il est difficile de se garer devant l hôtel petite rue à sens unique et conseiller les parkings publics environnants au moins les deux plus proches

Excellent couldn’t fault it

Everything, the staff were wonderful, room large, bathroom beautiful, beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful with a great variety of food available. The whole place was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Will definitely stay again, recommend 💯%

Very quiet lovely stay in great location

Great location, lovely characterful building yet very comfortable and great staff

These are small niggles but mattress was very firm ( a softer topper wld hav been lovely) but it was fine really. Only other thing was there could have been afew more plug sockets as had to keep swapping between kettle/ bedside light and charging a phone.

Best holiday in Brighton we've ever had in the last 15 years of regular visits!

The location was perfect, just off the front and we had a good view of the sea and the pier. We had the windows open most nights and it was very quiet, even at the weekend. It was a short walk to the front and to the city centre. The bus stop very nearby with buses going along the coast to Eastbourne via all the smaller places on the way. Going the other way buses went up to the station, very convenient for our last day

Minor issue but sometimes it was very busy at breakfast and others not at all - regardless of how busy it was the plentiful staff were always very attentive.

Very friendly welcome by all staff There was a lot of choice at breakfast and all very fresh. A nice treat at weekends they do an extra menu. Rooms were clean and tidy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room

Very comfortable, I felt valued as a customer, the location and access to the building felt safe

Staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The bathroom was excellent. The bed was super comfy.

The radiator and headboard of the bed needed a more thorough clean.

upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony for a second night which was a lot better

staff very attentive and lovely and clean

very hot in the room and air conditioning only working between May and August . they did have an industrial fan , but too noisy and very small room .

Great location, paper thin walls

Fantastic location, 7 minutes to the lanes and plenty of lovely cafes around.

The walls are really thin. We were put in a room on the ground floor and could hear everyone coming in and in the adjacent rooms, literally even their conversations. It's a real shame because I really liked the hotel but it all comes down to whether you can sleep or not.

Brilliant self serve breakfast, loads of choice and good quality.

The room was on the top floor so got an extremely humid in there at night but there was a fan in the room to help this.

Location and the service from the staff in general, they were brilliant, from the night shift guy who helped my parents with the luggage to the Spanish girls at breakfast, very good customer service!

My parents were allocated in a very high floor, and it was a bit of a struggle for them to not have a lift being quite high

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. 5 star service that blew me away.. The breakfast was extensive, fresh and well laid out. The room facilities were more than you would expect for the type of B&B. The location to the sea front was wonderful. I'm looking forward to coming back and have already recommended to friends.

I booked a night stay for my wife's 60th birthday and to our surprise our room was upgraded. The staff were amazing and very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room we had was amazing and very comfortable and we had a lovely night sleep. The breakfast we had in the morning was superb and capped off a lovely stay.

Its a nice hotel in wrong location

I liked the concept of the hotel, but its in a bad area and once you book you will be informed about the noise. Also there are bedrooms in the cellar and on the forth floor so no lifts! Also they charge £50 for one hour of the hot tub (which was outside) as well as the suna. We paid £135 for treatments which are not associated to the hotel, but they were very nice. Central heating and radiators have no control so they put them on in the morning for a couple of hours and late evening.You have no control over the temperature of the room. Also they have very hard beds we required some more mattress covers which was supplied. Bring your own shampoo and body wash the ones given were very cheap and literally could lather up anything. Towels thats were supplied were clean and fluffy. I had to request more water in the room as they seemed to be only catering for one person.They have a nice selection of tea and coffee and biscuits. All in all a lovely breakfast which was fresh (except the muffins) A nice hotel but wouldn't do any more days than we done.All in all it was supposed to be a cheap brake but with all the added treatments it worked out quite expensive. I would recommend this hotel, but I would not return.

Catering fir the number of people in the room. No lifts at the property which should be stated before booking fees are taken. Control over the heating better amenities in the room.some areas you could see they had cur corners trying to save money.

Good Hotel in and ideal location.

Great Hotel. Good location about 2 mins from sea front. Room was a good size and comfortable. Reception very friendly and welcoming in a busy time over Christmas. We did not any food at the Hotel as we only booked for a room.

The room as bit hot but not too much of an issue.
