The hotel was lovely, a fantastic location, great staff, very clean, beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing.

Great location, comfortable and clean room, nice amenities, friendly staff
Climbing 4 flights of stairs to our room was an unexpected challenge for an 83-year old. The room could have included a few more shelves or places to put our belongings

Clean and welcoming but not 4 star
No lift, we were put right at the top of the building. Also very hot, I think if you’re put in one of the highest rooms you should be told about how to work the a/c. Room was also very small considering we paid close to 200 pounds a night
