Location was perfect for our stay .
Close to all amenities in Kemptown which had a fab variety of places to eat day and night .
Easy 10 minute walk to the centre .
When we first pulled up at the hotel we were quite alarmed and wondered what on earth we had done in booking this place .
The appearance of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Very tired, shabby and looks dirty and neglected. The front door to reception didn’t even open properly we had to give it a huge push just to get in.
