Decent location. Parking a little difficult but a busy place so understandable. Bed very comfortable and extremely clean.
Didn’t get a teaspoon in room and unfortunately parking permit was not left in time so had to pay extra for parking in the meantime, but everything else great.

Loved how clean and tidy the room was, very quiet, excellent shower, lovely towels, comfortable bed.
Nicely decorated.
Keypad access worked great. Wifi was good too.
It would have been nice if just a few toiletries had been included, some handwash for example.

Location is brilliant, rooms are a good size and they are clean and tidy
Room carpet wasn't great, stayed for two nights and bed not made, coffee not replenished and room not cleaned during our two night stay either. The shower went from hot to cold to hot during a shower and overall a bit of a mixed bag. The stairs are fine for us but if you were elderly or had young children they would not be.
