Very convenient location and easy check in. Also allowed us an extra half hour to check out with was very much appreciated.
We had an encounter with a mouse at 4am so then didn’t sleep, also do to an issue with our original room we had an ‘upgrade’ to a tired looking room that felt of lesser standard.

Good location. A short 15 / 20 min walk into Brighton centre. The location was nice and quiet (when we stayed it was anyway!)
The bed was firm but we found it really comfortable.
It had enough amenities.
I’d stay here again and recommend it. The only reason I have one mark down as the facilities are a little worn.

"The locarion was great, facilities great, lots of coffee making items, the mini fridge was a nive suprise, the balcony was great to people watch and plenty of furiture. It was relatively quiet."
