The friendly staff, the equipment in the rooms (kettle, water, tea bags, toiletries, soap). Good location and good selection of food for breakfast.
The cleanliness of one of the towels, the floor looked like it hadn’t been hoovered everywhere, couldn’t get hot water out of the shower so was an unpleasant experience during a cold wintery night. Also in the breakfast room, some of the crockery looked a bit dusty and could’ve been cleaned better.

The property was very clean and cosy. The room was lovely with nice furniture and bedding. There was a mini fridge and bottled water in the room. The breakfast was perfect, plenty of choices from fruit, croissants to a full English and the staff could not have done more for us, absolutely brilliant and such a friendly lady thank you.

Great location, about 10 min walk from the Dome. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable
It was a bit chilly until we found the mobile radiator in the wardrobe.

Breakfast was ok!
The bed in room 8 was awful, we got very little sleep, we wanted to spend the day in Brighton but we drove home straight after breakfast so we could go to bed and get some sleep!!
It kind of spoilt the weekend!!
