Absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel!

My husband and I relocated here from the hospital following his knee surgery, and our two-week stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff extended the warmest welcome, catering to our every need with a genuinely helpful attitude. Our room, newly renovated and remarkably spacious, comprised both a studio and a bedroom, complete with a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we could possibly require. The convenience of a laundry room on every floor with clean and efficient washer and dryer facilities made our stay even more comfortable. Location-wise, this hotel hits the mark perfectly! Surrounded by shops, pharmacies, and bakeries, all within a leisurely two-minute walk, we found everything we needed close at hand. The proximity of the large Cevajir shopping mall just across the street and the metro station a mere 2-3 minutes away made exploring the city incredibly easy. What truly made our New Year celebration special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel. They sent us delightful sweets and a heartwarming greeting, adding a charming touch to the festivities. Moreover, the fact that this hotel is family-owned and managed was evident in the genuine care and hospitality extended to us. They treated us like cherished family members, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One standout gesture was their complimentary provision of a wheelchair, enabling us to comfortably explore the city—a testament to their commitment to ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay for their guests. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm, inviting, and exceptionally accommodating place to stay.

Great value for money!

Property location is great, close to subway station, metro bus, cevahir mall, plenty of taxis available. The staff was great, was very helpful, have sim travel sim cards available and help with phone set up.

During my stay there was construction in the next door building, not bad with windows closed.

The morning staff when we checked in early, they were very very nice welcoming and friendly, the let us check in early for no extra charge, they were very welcoming. The location of the hotel is close to shopping malls, markets, restaurants, whatever you need they got it

It looked nothing like the pics, very small, uncomfortable beds, very outdated

Such nice hotel with very friendly staff.

No breakfast was provided by the hotel, but a very good kitchen.

I couldn't wash the dishes as there were no dishwashing soap or I couldn't find the necessities.

Great location but the hotel needs modernisation.

Hotel needs some care and attention. It’s outdated and I arrived with the AirCon in my bedroom having no remote. The staff could not locate it so I was without air conditioning for the first night. But the staff are nice and helpful.

The bedrooms are old and not very nice to look at. They certainly don’t match the name of the hotel ‘Belle Maison’!

it was good

the location is optimal, jawaher mall, supermarkets, metro station and good restaurants all with in few minutes by feet . Mr. Secguk in reception and Mr. Harun in the service were very cooperative doing their jobs in optimal way .

Very good

I just spent one night out of four as i moved to another hotel due to the noise that comes from the streets as the windows are not double glazed, the staff is so kind and very cooperative but I could not take the noise, and the parking is not easy accessible , so it's not possible the to park in and out whenever I wanted

Exceptional

I can only recommend this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. Everyone was very nice and they were always ready to answer our questions and requests. The rooms are cosy and clean, the beds are comfortable and it has all utilities needed for a longer stay, especially if you are travelling with your family and still would like to feel the "home" vibe. It is also very quiet, although the hotel is on a top location - a lot of shops, restaurants, hospitals, coffee bars are just a few meters away, and the Metrostation and one of the biggest shopping centers are just 3 mins walking distance from it. We stayed there for 12 days and we were feeling really welcomed and cared for during the whole period. I can only say a big thank you!
