Everything was great! The room, the bathroom, the air conditioner, the staff and the breakfast. If the price remains in the same fair level, I will come again and again. I’m a return customer
The area has nothing special. But if is a good way to visit Venice, without this to cost a fortune

Hotel is convenient for a short stop on the way, but we would not like to stay for longer-term. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendy. Free private parking was very convenient.
We did not like the inner court window and balconies with lack of privacy, especially on the first floor, where there is no balcony division and it is possible to walk along the "mutual balcony". Unless the courtains were closed , there was a certain lack of privacy. The only link with hotel house rules (such as how to dial reception, Wi-Fi instructions etc.), was through the QR code on the Key card. There was only one set of bathroom towels, so we had to ask for one more, We received just one key card for both of us, which is sometimes lightly inconvenient. There was a lack of a hotel welcome touch.

Modern building on the quite part of the town, with plenty of parking space and with reasonably comfy and clean rooms for reasonable prices. 24/7 reception with late checking and early checkout if needed.
Th breakfast was easily the low-point of our stay, the selection was already not great, but the quality and taste of the items was one of the worst I've encountered. The night staff was just a tad unenthusiastic and the rooms noise insulation is not great.
