Beautiful views and lovely lake to walk around. Really nice relaxing temperature in the rooms. Lovely food and drink in the restaurant. Really clean and pretty place to stay. All the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful.
The room was a little too warm when we first entered, however, that was most likely because it was very cold outside making the room seem really hot when first entering - but after opening the outside door to the lake it made the temperature better in the room.

Location is perfect, around half an hour from Venice. Petrol station and supermarket around 5 minutes away. The room had a stunning lake view. Staff were kind and friendly specially the lady at the reception and Marinella.
No water boiler in the room, you need to ask for it at the reception.

The hotel is situated next to a lake and next to highway. Its pretty close to Venice (with the car around 25 min) and Treviso. The room was very big and very clean. Brekfast very good. Staff friendly and they speak English as well. Unfortunatly we did not have time to check the Spa so we could not speculate on this. It was one night stay.
