Nice,tidy,clean.plenty space,bed very comfortable.magnificent view.low price.nice touch with a botle of water as a welcoming gift.Quiet which is very nice.
Front desk staff was dismissive,more interested in his phone than customer service. It not a non smoking hotel.next to us people smoking on the balcony.couldnt even open de door for fresh air or to enjoy the view.door of room 303 is bent and very difficult to close.sink in the bathroom was stuck and had to open it from under the sink,repairs on this looked unfinished.wifi code nowhere to be found,not even in the app. Poor ventilation.Leeking shower.hand and shower soap were present but not working.We were waiting to check out and give the update over the room but the lady was more interested in answering the phone. We just deposited the room key in the express check out box. Only 1 door open as entrance so had to walk far with our luggage.Breakfast was no choice it was already portioned out( child size portion)
