Schöne Lage mit Blick auf See, gemütliche Atmosphäre im Chalet, Sauberkeit, Abwicklung über Anbieter
Kleinere Defekte wie lockere Türklinke, nicht ganz öffnende Haustür, defektes Sideboard (Tür/Knauf), wiederholte Ausfälle im WLAN, Wasserdruck/Duschstrahl viel zu gering , schief montierter Schaukelstuhl auf Terrasse, Chalet sehr hellhörig
Viele dieser Punkte wurden schon in früheren Rezensionen bemängelt und nicht behoben.
Preis/Leistung deswegen grenzwertig

Really lovely chalet. Spacious living area, comfy beds, sleeping sofa comfortable too. Lovely view from the veranda. Everything clean, and communication with the hosts was easy. Easy walk down to the lake. The location was lovely, some nice walking on the doorstep. If you want to go for more strenuous hikes, there's a bus service down to Spitzingsee from where you can head up the steeper trails.
Not an issue with the chalet but something worth bearing in mind: Make sure you check if your arrival day is a bank holiday in Bavaria. They take their bank holiday closures very seriously in Germany, especially down in Bavaria! On BHs all shops are closed except for the baker's near the chalet and the tiny petrol station shop (good for drinks and snacks, but no milk, bread or other essentials).

Beim kleinen Schlafzimmer ist das Bett für 2 Personen viel zu klein
