The authenticity and the style of the hotel including the welcome, and the friendliness from the staff which allowed me to checkout at 12.00… 😀 I also liked that there was a mini bar in the room. My room also had a balcony which was very nice…

The lake and scenery and relative freedom.Booking.com need to do their research -this was not a cheap holiday.
Booking.com need to do their research-this was not a cheap holiday and I can compare against other German hotels being half German and frequently visiting.The manager hosted a party on the Saturday for outside guests with little notice and banging house music from 12 -10pm at the expense of hotel guests.When tackled Walter clearly could not care less.
The swimming pool was difficult to access with no handles and the area around the pool is suffering from neglect.Loose paving stones etc
There was no pool side care-for example offering drinks.Guests had to make good with getting up and ordering drinks before being attended.
More attention was given to the area next to the pool-for outside guests.
Drilling and fixing of fence posts very loud whilst trying to relax.
