fantastic location. they upgraded our room with lake view. they are super dog friendly, brought our dog food bowls and blanket! majority of the staff is friendly. Dinner was delicious and dinner staff were super nice and friendly !
Not clean!
Pool was not clean.
Sauna showers were broken.
Breakfast had almost nothing vegan, the coffee machine was dirty, including the breakfast plates - all dirty!
the staff at the breakfast buffet was not happy or friendly. when I asked for clean plates, I got a whole attitude!
+ Massage sessions were fully booked - and there is no online booking - so you have to call and make a reservation before even you arrive.

Location. Very near to ski school and bus stop
Playroom was closed and it’s available only in summers. It would have been better with that but anyway it’s not a big deal, my daughter enjoyed pool

We arrived at the hotel fairly late in the evening, but were still given a warm welcome by the receptionist. She provided clear information about the hotel and drew our attention to the additional activities on offer. We were also a bit late for the restaurant, but that wasn't a problem either.
Our lake-side room was spacious and modern. Bathrobes, slippers, a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea were all provided. There was also a lovely bag containing towels for the pool, a hairdryer and nice products in the bathroom. The shower was fabulous. An ironing board was available. In short, the room was well equipped.
Breakfast offered a great range of cold and hot foods, juices and bubbly. The staff were very accommodating, too.
We ate dinner there too, as it was convenient. Nice choice.
There was a lively bar. There is a great swimming pool area and sauna, etc.
We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning.

location was very good and property was well built and clean and there were good options to enjoy like swimming and game room
bed mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, i could not sleep at all. Food options were very limited and there was no lunch present at the property.
