Great breakfast buffet & great location.

The location was Ok as it was right across Moriguchi station. Also the buffet was excellent!

The heater was too hot & the windows couldn’t be opened.

また是非泊まりたいホテルでした！

加湿器をリクエストしたらすぐに対応されていた事やアメニティの追加をお願いしたらスムーズに対応されてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました(*´꒳`*)

シャワーが弱く感じました。カミソリの質もあまり良くないような、、空調が部屋ごとに調節出来なかった事が残念でした。

また泊まりたいなと思うほど良かったです。

チェックイン、アウトの際の対応もすごく良く、室内も綺麗でした。朝食もかなり種類があり、美味しかったです。

快適で、のんびりできて良かったです。

交通のアクセスも良く、周辺のお店も色々あって便利でした。清潔感もあり、フロントの対応も丁寧ですごく良かったです。

トイレが座面が冷たくて、ウォシュレットはあるけれど、やはり冬に座面が冷たいのが辛かったです。また、どうしても、お風呂とトイレがセパレートでないためか、臭いが少し気になりました。

Superb

Very nice hotel and the classic Japanese style tatami family room was great for a family of four. Good bathroom with deep bath and good shower. Aircon worked great, and was silent!

Limited on-site parking. Breakfast ends at 9:30am sharp!

location was right by the train station. bed was small but it was comfortable. lots of restaurants in the hotel and outside.

we booked a non smoking room but the whole floor our room was in smelled like cigarette. same as our room. and we have a 7 month old with us

I’d never come back. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotel.

There’s nothing I like about the property.

The water sink was broken. The room was so dirty and I can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel.

Perfect location. perfect stay!

Within 2-5 minutes from door to rail. The Japanese style room was exceptional. Comfortable and affordable. The staff was beyond helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t love about our stay there. Only thing is we wished we would have stayed there the entire time in Japan.

We enjoyed the location being so close to the station and many other facilities, and the view from our room had an amazing skyline of Osaka. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel had everything we needed.

We thought the room was outdated compared to the other facilities, we believe it needs refurbishment. There was also a fair amount of dust in places, and a slight smell coming from the bathroom.

Far away from any tourist attractions

Room bigger than usual (very small for most of the hotels) in Japan. Acceptable breakfast. Room prepared in advance for us due to busy facility on accommodating badminton players. Even if a very expensive facility (no reason for such prices in Japan), but still cheaper compared with others. Good enough for one night staying there.

Car's parking paid by us even if owned by the hotel! Room's furniture not very new. Technical room (bed linen, etc.) at the end of the floor's corridor was permanently open and a bad smell coming from there as well. Badminton players from an Asian championship keeping sweaty shoes outside their room on the corridor! There was a person in charge at the restaurant strongly pushing (completely unfriendly) for their cleaning gel before going in! Located far away from any tourist attractions and city center.

Great Value and comfort

Great, very helpful staff and access to the rail system is so good. Plenty of local convenient stores within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Rooms are your typical Japanese size but has all the thinks you need to relax after a day of exploring. Comfortable bed, TV, Radio, and a view of the Osaka skyline. When checking out and you have plenty of time before your flight/train etc you can leave your luggage at the hotel for as long as you need.

The hotel is not close to tourist attractions, but that's what the trains are for. Spend no longer than 15min on trains to get to the main sights of Osaka.

Great!

Friendly staff and nice Japanese-style room. We made our own bed — took a bit of work to put everything together but it was worth it. Our room on the 6th floor has a nice garden outside.

needs improvement

the rooms were not clean and very dated. the first I was placed in smelled with yellow stain walls. walls had scuff marks and overall surprised at its rating.

Location was excellent - right in the heart of everything. hotel was great, though rooms were very small. bathhouse on site was excellent and a lovely bonus.
