Our stay at the Imperial Hotel Osaka has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service has been exceptional from start to finish.
I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Yokoy Ama. She was truly amazing — incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always had the biggest smile. Her positive attitude and warm personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out.

Classic and classy - wonderful reception area, super friendly team at reception. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, with all luxury facilities. Location is beautiful next to the river but a little further away from public transport. Excellent location to walk to Osaka Castle, or for a run along the river
Swimming pool and gym were not included in the booking booking.

I love this hotel. It is in a perfect location - very accessible to transportation, great restaurants and still has a beautiful river walk right outside. The staff are excellent and always ready to assist you with anything you might need. Once you stay here you will always compare others using this as the standard to live up to.
