I like that the place was close to the train station. There's also a really nice bakery right next to the hotel. Our room was clean, and check in and check out was smooth. They also have luggage forwarding, which was super helpful!
To be honest, everything was good. However the location was a bit out of the way to all the places we wanted to visit. This just meant that it took us a while to get to places (and to get home). But the hotel is in a safe, quiet location, which I liked, so I don't mind the extra travel time.

Great bathroom, close to metro and train lines and close to Osaka castle. Some staff members were incredibly helpful and nice.
The breakfast is a bit boring and not many thing to choose from, not many authentic japanese food. Some of the staff members were hard to understand because of their english.
