Lovely view from the room, staff were superb and helpful and the breakfast was good, plenty of washing machines
Wish it was advertised that the spa/infinity pool was sex separated, dinner buffet seems overly pricy for what is provided, didn’t like that we needed to book the room cleaning every day through the TV, also no room service too for a 5 star seems a little odd to us

Great views
Breakfast food serving area is small for the amount of guests using it. No sheer drapes, and block out blinds less than accommodating

The location is excellent for being in the “foodie” area of Osaka
The onsen was amazing, being the highest one in the world with a view over the city.
The gym also had a great view.
The staff at the hotel were friendly, fantastically helpful and informative.
Loved the cafe in the 17th floor, staff were very nice, but closed at 4pm.
The cafe closing at 4pm was disappointing.
No lounge bar to have a pre dinner drink
Our used glasses and tea cups were not changed for fresh ones
