Lovely light filled room, great amenities, comfortable bed. Lovely cocktail bar to relax in, walking distance to some major shopping centres. Friendly and helpful staff.

We loved our stay at Zentis Osaka. The hotel was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and wonderfully quiet. The amenities were great, and we especially enjoyed having a few drinks at the downstairs bar, sitting peacefully in the courtyard. The staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.
There wasn’t much we didn’t love about our stay. If anything, we would have happily stayed longer!

Lovely modern hotel just off the main road, and within walking distance of the Osaka train station and the airport bus station. Rooms and bed were comfortable and the laundry area was was well equipped with 3 separate washers and dryers - the best so far in Japan!
The lighting in the room and bathroom could be improved.
