Good hotel, great service etc . This is a very large property so there is constant flow of people coming and going, although they manage this very well

Location is perfect. Hotel is a bit old but still keeping good.

We stayed at Hilton at the beginning and end of our journey for easy access to Kansai Int airport. I left a vest at the room during the 1st stay. Emailed the hotel about it. When I came back 2 weeks later, the vest was already in the room for the 2nd staty.

Great location amd connectivity to subways amd trains. Great ambience and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good size rooms for our tripple sharing.

Just few mins walk from hotel to the closest train station. Lots of choices for shopping and dining around hotel.

The hotel is so old; the hairdryer had wore out, the condition is so bad that I don’t even want to use. I have stayed 2 nights and I found it to be a poor value for money, definitely not worth of 4 stars, not anymore.

Nice place and easy to go for shopping, dinning and sightseeing.

Only stayed one night was comfortable, close to many restaurants, would recommend and stay again.

Easy access to the train station, large comfortable rooms, great bar/restaurant options nearby to rest after a day of sightseeing or shopping.

Love the location. Room wasn't too clean as i manged to find a few hair and stain on the bedding.

Great place to stay

In general a good hotel in a good location. Friendly, helpful reception staff. I was really disappointed by the treatment from My Place staff on Saturday evening - they seemed suspicious I was a guest and that I would pay. When I signed the check, 3 staff told me to wait until they had checked. I have never experienced such treatment, and very different from the welcome on Friday night

Pretty good . Hotel location is central . Easy to go shopping

The bed sheets and towels were a tad soggy, which seemed like they were not changed prior to my stay. The reception staff seemed pissed that I asked for a room change. Would not come back again.

Very convenient location and the room is big and comfortable, breakfast is nice with variety of food.

Outdated rooms. Not as clean as other japanese hotels. Small tv. Old bed spread. Old carpet. Old toilet. The only thing that saves it is the convenient location. Hilton needs to step up their game!

Good hotel but simple suggestion for breakfast queues. Hire more staff to clear the tables, nothing more frustrating standing in a queue and seeing a significant number of empty tables that just need clearing.

Very convenient if you wish to make use of comprehensive transportation system in Osaka city

Excellent location just minutes from the Osaka Station! It’s a little confusing at first, but you can use the underground walkway to get directly to the hotel. Hotel rooms were more of a Western size (aka spacious!) compared to other Japanese hotels I stayed in. The lobby is luxurious. The hotel bar had wonderful drinks and the night we stayed, there was a terrific jazz singer. My only note is that I booked a city view room, but it mostly looked out directly at another building. This was on the 25th floor. If you sit at an angle, you can see the city.
