I liked the location and the room. I especially liked the older male staff who greeted me at the reastaurant when I was having my breakfast. They were all very kind and approachable and made my Osaka visit better.
The female staff during my last breakfast visit at the restaurant were a little cold compared to the old men who accomodated me in previous days. My stay would've been perfect if not for them. They were less accomodating and cheerful.

Great location near to station, walking distance, clean and very helpful staff. Ammenities provided and very good breakfast.

The hotel provided so many little extra treats such as coffee,tea,that you could top up if you needed. You could get an affordable glass of wine to relax in the foyer, and the staff were lovely.
There is nothing we didn’t like, we just prefer a busier location with more shops as you step out of the door. If you like peace and quiet, then this is for you.
