Great location for two days/one night coming from Kyoto and going to Kansai Airport in the evening on the second day.
Friendly and helpful staff stored our suitcases before check-in and had placed them in the room before we checked in later in the day.
Hotel sits on +19th floor. Great city views from all rooms. Quite.
You pay a premium for the location and breakfast is relatively expensive for what it is. Rooms were a bit outdated (limited USB-charging, e.g., says something about when it was last renovated).

I loved the location. It was right above the Osaka station.
The beds were uncomfortable. The springs on the bed seems to have been worn out and the pillows were really hard. All three of us woke up to back and shoulder aches.
