The location is amazing super close walking distance to the trains and subway
Undercover walkways in most directions
The food halls upstairs were amazing after a long day exploring
Nothing very 5 star about the pool and facilities
The bar was incredibly underwhelming and the cocktails were terrible
The breakfast was one of the most boring we have been to in years and certainly isn't worth the money or time nothing 5 star about it
The rooms are dark and lack light in every space
