The hotel is clean and spacious, and we loved the large and tall windows that offer beautiful views of the Umeda skyline.
The location, however, is a bit far from the train station and the main shopping and entertainment areas. During the summer, the walk back to the hotel can be quite challenging because there is very little shade along the way.
It was also disappointing that hotel guests have to pay extra to use facilities such as the pool and gym. Complimentary access to these amenities is common at many hotels around the world, so this policy feels outdated.

I stayed in room 2106..but 2105 checked in one early morning around 1am and was making out so loud until 3am.. Then checked out.. I couldn't sleep the whole night......
Room insulation.
