Simple, clean, and close to Osaka railway station
The breakfast was quite limited for those with milk, gluten, and other allergies.

Location - 7 mins-walking to the JR Osaka station, convenience stores and eateries at the door steps
Spacious room & bathroom - very considerate for wheelchair user

Incredible hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms are so nice and clean, they have everything you could ever need, if you missed anything, they let you borrow certain things for free which is amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Good showers and location.
Room carpets dirty and stained along with bed trim.
They need a good clean.
Beds too hard for us!
