The hotel was in a great location right across the street from Fukushima Station. The room soundproofing is great you cannot hear the city at all. The breakfast buffet has many options and was delicious. The hotel offers luggage storage for the day at no additional cost. There is a Family Mart outside. There is yukata and slippers provided in room. Your room's private bath has the choice of regular hot water or mineral spa water at an additional cost. The mineral bath was wonderful.

全体的に大変快適でした！家族で4泊しました。
ホテルは、新大阪駅(新幹線到着駅)からJR大阪駅で乗り換えて一駅目の福島駅目の前にあります。荷物が多いと乗り換えが大変かもですが、私たちには便利でした。参考まで、ユニバーサルスタジオまで4駅(途中乗り換えあり)とかなり近く便利でした。梅田も徒歩圏内。心斎橋、難波エリアは電車で15-20分くらい。ホテル周りにコンビニ、無数のレストランがあってこちらも便利でした。
ホテルの部屋は他のチェーンホテルより遥かにゆとりがあります。荷物が多い人にはありがたいと思います。温泉は良かった！追加で一人毎回800円しましたが、数回利用しました。(宿泊客無料だったら尚ありがたいです)
スタッフの方々がいつも挨拶をしてくれて、気持ちの良い滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。
全館冷房が効きすぎていて常に寒かったです。特に朝食のレストランが寒かった。部屋は温度調整可能でしたが、消すことは出来なかったのが寒がりの私にはマイナスポイントでした。

The hotel was directly across the road from the Fukushima metro station and was very convenient in that sense. The staff were very helpful. The room was large by Japanese standards and had a nice view.
The check in ( 3 pm) and check out ( 12 noon i think) policy was a bit rigid though the staff were helpful in letting me store my luggage while i went out to shop. Strangely, the reception has a huge pile of toileteries at the reception( toothbrush/paste, razors etc) and one is expected to take them up to the room if needed.
