It was clean and conveniently located next to the subway. The beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view at the lounge was pleasant.
Staff took my wet laundry out of the dryer because I was 10 minutes late to collecting it. It was still quite wet and I would’ve had to add more money to continue the drying cycle but I didn’t have the opportunity to do so. Other people continued to use the laundry room and so I had to pack wet clothing in my luggage to take back with me on my journey home. This was not nice.

We enjoyed the beautiful Onsen. 😊The lounge access with free drinks and snacks. The restaurant too provided good food. All provisions were included. We will definitely go back again. Thank you.
Maybe have towels in the Onsen. As some other guests too didn't realise they had to bring their own. Which meant you use the one towel allocated and have to use it again next day.

We found the location to be to our liking, in a quieter part of the city but near to several art galleries and other sites of interest.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
We found the room to be very cramped. The bathroom design was not to our liking.
The laundry facilities were not convenient to access.
We tried the breakfast for one day but struggled to find anything to our liking, with most of the items we tried cool or cold.
