優點：
1. 離地鐵站近，環狀線可直達關西機場，交通便利。
2. 離大阪國際會議廳非常近，走路就可以到，看完演唱會直接無痛走回飯店休息。
3. 離7-11便利商店近，晚上買宵夜便利。
4. 自助入住簡易方便，門是電子鎖。
5. 房內有冰箱、可開伙、洗衣機、浴室有乾燥機。
6. 價錢經濟實惠，CP值算高。
缺點：
1. 浴室偏小不通風，有些許異味但能忍受。
2. 沙發不是正對電視的，吃東西配電視不太方便。
其他：
1. 全自助式，垃圾需自行放在門口，不會有人打掃。

Tolle Ausstattung! Die Waschmaschine im Bad und auch generell das Bad mit dem Trocknungs- und Heizfunktion sind absolute Goldstücke bei solch einer Reise. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht aufgebaut.
Das Balkonfenster war schon sehr dünn und hat somit sehr viel vom Umgebungslärm reingelassen. Auch die "Verdunklungsvorhänge" waren auch nicht sehr hilfreich..

It’s a perfect size for solo traveller for few days. Felt like home because it had kitchen and kitchen basics,washing machine, bath and a shower…You can cook,do laundry,relax midday when it’s too hot-it covered all my needs.
