Can’t say we liked it. Compared to other Minn hotels we stayed at. And we were there while the street had construction all night long we stayed on the 9 th floor still could hear the construction.
Conversation with whoever in the other end was a plus they did get back to us with our issues.
It was very dusty. I drop my black shirt on the floor and I collected all the dusty stuff up. We followed all Japanese tradition of take off our shoes before walking into the apartment. We know it wasn’t us.

Very loud at night
Checkin wasn't a good experience. The instructions weren't correct. You left out part of the instructions which is just silly. Made it stressful.
The instructions of opening the front door weren't clear. Very stressful.
