とても良かったです。また利用したいです

部屋が広く、景色も良い。また、お風呂に乾燥がついていて、洗濯ができました。コンビニも近くにあり、駅から10分程度だったので良かったです。

アメニティが歯ブラシしかなく、購入するにはスタッフに電話しなければいけないようでしたので、かけたところちょっと待ってくださいと言われましたが折り返しがなくコンビニで買いました。

체크인.아웃시스템

세탁기 세제 다 있어서 좋았어요~욕조에 모든 시설이 좋았습니다. 어이들과 함께갔는데 가위가 없는게 아쉬웠어요.

체크인.아웃 할때 절차가 좀 힘들었어요. 영어나 일본어를 잘 못해서 그런지;;; 테블릿만으로만 모든걸 해결해야한다는게 힘들었어요.

大阪駅に比較的近くてゆっくりくつろげる部屋でした。ありがとうございます。

部屋が広くベットが広い。設備が整っている。

クシや寝る時のパジャマが用意されてあると完璧だと思いました。

Definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Pues mas que un hotel es un pequeño departamento con cocineta, un escritorio y lo que le da un plus es la lavadora dentro. Està muy limpio y cerca de la estación del metro.

No me gustó que no tiene recepción, tuvimos problemas com el envío de una maleta de nuestra estancia previa en Kyoto ya que no había quien la recibiera. El departamento es muy pequeño y definitivamente NO caben 3 adultos , nos pusieron literalmente dos camas pegadas y ya no había por donde pasar, las camas super incómodas a nivel del piso, de toda mi estancia en Japón fue el único lugar donde no pudimos descansar agusto. Les mandé un mensaje para comentarles nuestra inconformidad y lo único que me contestaron es que si no me parecía que las camas estuvieran pegadas las separara yo misma , el problema era que no había manera de separarlas porque ya no hsbïa espacio!! En resumen NO es un hotel es un departamento , NO es para mas de dos personas y NO recomiendo un lugar sin recepción si estás de viaje!

Bien ubicado

El condominio esta ubicado en la parte de atrás de la estación de Osaka, realmente cerca, es muy seguro y tranquilo, el apartamento es cómodo, el ingreso es remoto y sin contacto, puede ser un poco abrumador al inicio, sin embargo, el personal habla muy bien el inglés.

Las camas son muy bajas

Very nice stay, especially if you want to stay for a longer period of time.

The room was pretty big, which was nice with the suitcase we brought. There is also a kitchen, desk and bathroom. Location was pretty good. Only a 15 minute walk to Osaka station, and there was another metro close by.

It was a little cold, we did not know how the heating worked.

2人以上で使用するにはお得だと思います。

シャンプー、コンデショナー、ボディーソープのグレードが高かったです。

ひとり用としてはリビング一面のベッドが大きく、移動が難儀でした。部屋の施錠が暗証番号なので、きちんと覚えないと再度入室が出来ない。サービススタッフに電話が必要です。

Enjoy staying here.

Spacious room with a nice view and spa in the balcony. Easy to check in and out with a video conversation with staff. Walking distance from the metro station.

Overall it was a comfy and nice stay in this place.

Spacious, clean, and with a fridge/laundry machine, which provides convenience for us. Staff were responsive.

Two huge beds are taking up too much space which made it very hard/narrow to walk inside the room when there are two people. A bit far to walk to Osaka station. Only 1 convenient store across the street.

Good sized apartment to spread out and relax

Large space, kitchen and washing machine. 10 mins from a couple of stations for easy trips to Namba and elsewhere

Not as clean as I would have liked- ie. under beds and details, bathroom and kitchen were clean. One of the chairs cushions were sagging.

OK accomodation looking at the location

Location 5 mins walk from local.metro. 15 mins walk from Osaka Metro station. Please note that Sin Osaka station stands for JR trains And Sin osaka stn and Osaka station are different.

Room had no place to keep foot becz of 3 beds. Becz of 3rd bed, my ankle got hurt due to no space to walk. I suggest futon bed or sofa cum bed would be more appropriate. 2ndly, description was incorrect on booking.com website. It mentioned balcony, anyhow there was a caution on balcony window not to.open, and only for emergency.

Ok but wouldn’t book again

It was ok

The fact that it was not clear that it was an apartment, it was quite misleading, I thought it was a hotel and wanted to have my luggage sent on but couldn’t as there was no reception. I also was not imply the fact there were two large beds and no couch, just a small kitchen setting, not comfortable for watching tv or sitting, and what’s the point of having a balcony if you’re not allowed to use it

OK stay near to Osaka Station.

Close to Osaka station. I liked having a kitchen and washing machine. The room was a decent size for Japan.

It felt impersonal and had a bit of a student feel to it. Basic and cheap, not homely, no sofa. It was a bit noisy from banging from other rooms and the trains but with ear plush it was ok.

とにかく綺麗で過ごしやすかったゴミ箱も大きくて、冷蔵庫もしっかりと冷えてて快適でした！！

I wouldn’t stay there again.

The facilities were ok

The beds were so uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep well at all, so hard, I was tired the whole time there. Also traffic noise, the self check in was difficult.

アパート暮らし体験をしてみたかったらオススメ

部屋が広く、名前の通りアパート感があって落ち着けた。洗濯機があった。シンプルだけど、なんだか小洒落ている。ベッドも広くて、高さも低めだったので良かった。

フライパンがあったのだが、底が少し焦げていた。スマホとテレビを連動出来るといいなと思った。

The location was walking distance to the train station and food stores were close by

The room itself was nice however the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, they were both very hard which made it difficult to sleep. The air-conditioning was another issue as it didn't cool down the room very well unless you were standing Infront of it

Two beds in a small space make dificult to walk on the room, beds more smallest or individual could be better :) The rest are so cool

Close to 7/11 which was great . Good value for money.

Bigger than the average room. Big fridge and cooking facilities .

No clothes line , tv too close to bed hard to get around . Temperature to control kept flashing throughout the night .

Pleasant stay indeed.

Location is quite strategic. Located 8-15 minutes walk from JR Osaka Station and Metro / Hankyu Umeda Station. There is a 7-Eleven located opposite from the accommodation itself (around 2-5 minutes walk).

Superb

Excellent location. Close to Umeda station, various metro lines, Universal Studios, shops, and restaurants. Felt very safe and secure. Lots of small restaurants around and under the railway bridges. It's definitely recommended if you're planning a visit to Osaka.

Not a dislike but clearer instructions for the washing machine. That's it!

I dont recommend this hotel.

Room is misleading from the website, it wasnt was i expected.

No room for luggage and everything out of place, barely move i feels so claustrophobic.

Would come back again !

It was a one night stay now we wished for more days ! The tagline was your second home and it sure is ! There’s everything ; washing machine , iron , stove , microwave. It is good for long stay in my opinion Location was abt 8 mins walk from Osaka station There’s restaurants nearby. Check in was self administered by preregistration then a video call with the receptionist. Definitely mind blown

Great hotel with train links.

Location was good very convenient for our needs being close to a main train station. recommend if traveling around the Osaka bay area but if travelling only in Osaka i would pick somewhere closer to the Namba area.,

No need for the extra mattress made the room hard to navigate not much room to get round the bed. although most Japanese hotels seem to do this

Will not stay here again, unless they keep the same standard of cleanliness as other hotels in Japan.

It’s conveniently located, and the building/apartment is equipped with standard bathroom facilities.

It’s definitely not thoroughly cleaned. I saw hair of various colors on the bed and on the floor, not sure if they even belonged to the same group of travelers. There is also a lipstick mark on the bed cover.

Clean, walking distance to shops,train stations Twin tower &train view from the room Many storage Washing machine had air dry 3hour function which doesn’t make clothes completely dry but better than none

Okay but definitely not my second home

Location is great. Really near Umeda station and the Grand Front Osaka area. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Check in process was smooth but only if you had read all of their messages on what to take note. It was a bit confusing on who to dial on the ipads though.

Toilet smelt really bad. It's like someone had smoked in the toilet previously and the air cleaner just can't get rid of the odour.

A comfortable stay in Osaka!

A very comfortable and peaceful stay to come back to after the hustle and bustle of Osaka. Located around a 10 minute walk from Osaka station we felt well connected and close to restaurants and shops. A very enjoyable stay with great facilities provided we would definitely stay again.

The check in process was a little complicated.
