The property was lovely, spacious & smelt amazing fresh & clean when we walked in
And we could make you coffee & tea when you wanted to!!
The breakfast could have been a little better, as we had little ones age 3 & 6, it didn’t really cater for their age!
And on the last day they ran out of cereal

Incredibly spacious, comfy and modern rooms. Helpful staff and handy extra facilities (including beautiful rooftop terrace) amazing location for getting anywhere in / around Osaka
The breakfast options were very small and did not taste great

This was my favourite hotel I stayed in Japan! The hotel is beautiful, the room is comfortable, the amenities are great, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel even offers a live DJ every day and free beer at happy hour. Not to mention the beautiful rooftop bar they have!
It is also in the best location of the city, in my opinion!
The view from the bedroom wasn't the best, but the room was still amazing.
