A gem of a hotel. Good location, close to the subways, with modern interior and fittings. We enjoyed chilling at the guest lounge after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for the complimentary drinks and warm hospitality. We would definitely return to stay the next time we visit Osaka.
We were in our room till past noon and had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door. So before we went out, we had the sign pasted on our door for housekeeping to clean the room, but no one did. I guess once you missed housekeeping’s cleaning times, they will skip your room.

The location of the hotel was perfectly close to everything. It was clean and had everything you would need for a stay in Osaka.

The amenities were great !
Room was a good size for 2 people.
Grocery story across the street and Lawson and train station close by as well.
The reception area is in the second floor- quite confusing. As such- not much interaction with staff.
Ewan’s ok overall though.

An excellent hotel in the center of Osaka, with good train connections to all parts of the city. The room and the hotel are clean, and the staff provides excellent service. Restaurants, a supermarket, convenience stores, and a drugstore are just a few minutes' walk away.
The room is relatively small.
