Location, building design, room.
the breakfast could be better:
- eggs not cooked properly
- limited choices
- coffee very light, it looked more like dirty water
- not enough spoon/pickers at buffet, they use these water cup for parking the spoon and pickers which it is disgusting.

Great location, 2 minutes from Shinsaibashi Shopping street, 10-15 Minutes walking to Dotonbori. The Hotel is a bit "old" but clean and functional, especially for the price, no complaints. I recommend taking a taxi from the Osaka Train station to the hotel, although close to the Metro Line, it's a hassle with luggage.
Breakfast is quite expensive for what it offers, for 3000 Yen per person I would have expected more choices, we only had it one morning. You go accross the street to Coffee Kan and get what you want for half the price.

There was not breakfast included in our plan. There is lots of food to try around the street, a great location, and nice staff. There are shampoo, conditioners, and things you must grab at the front desk. It is nice to have self-service for bathroom inquires.
The room is very small and have smoking smell as we save money to book in smoking floor. The suitcase wasn't able to have enough space to open it fully.
