The excellent location, just a short walk from Shinsaibashi Station and Dotonbori, the clean and comfortable room, and the complimentary drinks and soup available throughout the day. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay.
There wasn’t anything I particularly disliked about the property. While it wasn’t quite a perfect 5-star experience, it was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for its location and amenities.

Great location. Easy to get to all metros and trains, as well as the shopping areas. Free coffee and drinks. Great staff.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean.
The room size was very small. With two large suitcases it was difficult to move around.
