The hotel was amazing. It was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our whole Japan trip which was great!
It was within walking distance of the train station, markets, restaurants, bars but not noisy.
The laundry was great for washing and drying.
The staff were incredible and so helpful and helped organise our luggage transfer.
We would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

We travelled in August 2026, a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 10-year olds). We booked the Deluxe Quadruple Room with 2 Sofa Beds that was simply excellent for our needs! The beds were very comfortable, the shower amazing and there was a washer/drier in our room! There was plenty of space for all our luggage, nightware was also provided and the cosmetics and other amenities (e.g. coffee maker, water, sink etc) in the room really made the stay wonderful. We had purchased breakfast at the hotel that was also very good. The location is very convenient as it is just across the street from the train station that also serves metro lines. We took a direct train from there to Kyoto for a day trip and we also travelled very easily (no transfer) to Osaka main station. Downtown Osaka is also easy to reach via the metro and Osaka castle is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There was a 7-11 and Family Mart a few metres away and also the mall right across the street and on top of the train station. Overall an excellent stay.

Hotel super próximo a estação de trem/metrô, portanto, ótima localização. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis. Serviço de lavanderia que usamos foi muito prático. Amenities muito bons!

Free amenities, location was decent, good distance to the Osaka castle and Tenmabashi station, Kyobash, 2 subways and mall in front.i
The toilet was really stinky, smelled like old urine in an aged care facility that was left unclean for months, no matter how much air freshener we sprayed, it was stinky.
They also placed us on the 2nd floor for no reason as I felt we paid a substantial amount and I have a Booking Genius discount, I was not sure why I should be penalized for getting a discount.
There was no view at all, and the room did not smell good. I had a very good experience with Keihan brands before so this was a big disappointment.
Lastly, they messed up my request for late check out, even though we had clear communication at Booking of my request to check out late, they still called us at 11am and also cancelled our cards. Very disappointing !
