Wonderful modern apartment with a private entrance and a sea view. It is equipped with everything you need: a capsule coffee machine, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags, a microwave, reliable Wi-Fi, a clothes drying rack on the balcony, some European-style outlets plus extra adapters, and a first aid kit - literally everything is provided. The air conditioning works great. The villa is designed in a way that keeps the balcony out of direct sunlight all day long.
The beach is only 340 meters away (exactly a 5-minute leisurely walk), and the Protaras Strip is the same distance. Even though there is a road nearby, it is quiet in the rooms.
The host, Maria, is exceptionally attentive, caring, and welcoming. She is always available by phone or messenger and willing to help with any question - she helped to arrange an early morning airport transfer at a very reasonable price.
I was left with the warmest and most pleasant memories and would love to return!
Nothing!

Świetna lokalizacja i baza do poznawania innych zakątków tej części Cypru. Maria na medal!

A well appointed property, very close to the beach, a quiet location but within a short walk from all the restaurants and shops Protaras has to offer.
Maria is on hand to help with anything and so accommodating for any requests.
It felt like a home from home - thank you

The location is great, the view from the balcony is lovely. There are nice places to go close by.
In the living room there’s a home fragrance spray with terrible and strong smell that gave me headache. This smell didn’t go away even after several hours with all open windows. I told the host about it, and all would be more less ok… BUT then the host came to the property when I was moving out. She blocked my car in the driveway and started pressuring me to leave a good review! When I told her that I don’t like to be pressured like this, she just cancelled the booking. After the stay. This behaviour is unacceptable and crazy, I don’t recommend staying with such host.
