We have very much enjoyed our stay here. A large very comfortable studio, with equipped kitchennete.Great outdoor space with shade, table and chairs with a seaview, but not overlooked.Well located on the edge of Sitia a 5 to 10 minute walk by the beach into town. We would definitely stay here again.
The only negative is the coastal road in front of the property between it and the beach. It's an ordinary 2 way road which is not especially busy.

The apartments are very beautiful decorated, have beautiful gardens, are clean and have everything you need.
There is a bar at the front where you can eat breakfast and the breakfast is really good. You can also order drinks and food. A few steps across the street is the beach already and there are sun beds and umbrellas. I snorkeled a bit and saw a lot of fishes. Nearer the city there were not so many.
The whole staff is very friendly and helpful and there lives a little kitty that comes to you if you’re trustworthy. I loved everything and Sitia as well. I hope I will be able to come back.
The neighbor but that doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment. You know, hell is other people.
