Nice, clean apartment in a modern location close to a bus stop that takes you to the Oriente station and from there you can easily get anywhere in Lisbon. The communication and the staff have been really pleasant. We asked for an additional frying pan and a blanket, and they were delivered to the room the same day.
AC would be a great plus, especially in the summer months (we visited in May and it was not an issue as it was a bit colder, but I can imagine it would be nice in summer) and also some additional kitchen equipment for cooking.

The location
It was very worn down, broken or missing blinds, missing towel heater from the bathroom, doors coming apart at the bottom, the whole apartment smelled bad. Almost all the kitchen appliances were dirty in the cupboards.
