Customer Service was great! The staff made us feel at home. Also, I loved the fact that it’s along the 7mile beach and in close proximity to other activities and restaurants. It’s more of a rustic type of hotel, so if you’re looking for something fancy, it may not be for you,however, if you’re looking for a chill laid back vibe, book!
The front part of the hotel needs a little renovations. Nothing else, really

Beach front, access to a bar and nice restaurants. Spacious clean room
The WiFi details weren’t provided at check in or when we asked in the morning. They are not on the routers which doesn’t help. The bed was rock hard! So loud- bring earplugs!
