My stay at White Sand Negril was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and other facilities nearby if I chose not to dine on the property. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.
One area that could be improved is having a television in the room, as this would provide guests with an additional option for entertainment and relaxation, especially during downtime.

The beach was beautiful, staff was helpful
Food was delicious
Parking was a little challenging as we had rooms on either side. It was not clear at time of booking that rooms were in different location. Was hoping to get everything together.
Website not accurate as it advertised to pay on arrival, the deposit was taken the same day of booking.
We are locals and booked 3 rooms

The restaurant was really nice and good!
The pool was amazing!
Really humid, unfortunately if you don’t use the AC, the room is filled of water.

The room had no floor mats (neither at the entry on in the bathroom).
Two single beds join together with two single mattresses to form a king, causing an uncomfortable joint in the middle. This should have been at least have king mattress across the two single beds.
The billiards table in the game room is not maintained.
