The location and the apartment was spacious and comfortable
There was only ac in the sitting room so the bedrooms were extremely hot. There were fans but they didn't help much to reduce the heat or humidity. Also we were unable to access Netflix as the Internet was not good. There was a washing machine but you needed to ask to use it as it was in a separate area and not in the apartment itself, which was not convenient.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt, nett eingerichtet. Die zusätzliche Badewanne war ein Bonus. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war mega-bequem. Man kann zur Not in der Nacht dorthin ausweichen, wenn es im Schlafzimmer zu heiß wird. Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und hat mir auf Nachfrage einen Fön zur Verfügung gestellt.
Was man wissen sollte:
Die Schlafzimmer sind NICHT klimatisiert! Es steht ein Ventilator zur Verfügung, der die Luft bewegt.
Leider war die Waschmaschine nicht frei zugänglich - somit für mich nicht geeignet.
Der Weg zum Strand zählt als eine Fitnesseinheit. Zwar nur 350m aber mit gewaltiger Steigung und Stufen. Nichts für Schwache.
Im Badezimmer sind bereits einige Fliesen locker, die Dusche ist nicht mehr ganz dicht. Das Wasser rinnt dann bis zum WC. Dennoch hat das den Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich gestört.

Great location near bakery, small shops and beach. Clean and spacious apartment with access to pool and gas bbq. Lots of sunbeds by the pool and feels very private with sea views. Caretaker on site (very kind but speaks Croatian and German only) Private parking. Quiet location and good selection of bars and restaurants in vicinity.15 min from Pula airport and only short drive into town.
One of the bedrooms has a squeaky bed. Bedrooms get hot as air con in the lounge only. We were fine with the walk to the beach but be aware that it's a fairly steep descent with lots of steps. Kitchen is well equipped but small.
